Chaperones: Clare McHugh (Charlie’s mom), Sharyn Kaly (Rachel’s mom)

Transportation: After you finish class on Friday the 12th, come straight to 220. Last year we took Peter Pan, but we’re switching to the Bolt Bus. The bus leaves from 34st and 8th Ave at 5PM and arrives in South Station at 9:15 PM. The tickets are $20 one-way. I’m buying them via the Bolt Bus website and will have them on February 5th. Please pay me before then.

Free wireless in the rooms, but printing isn’t free. If you guys want to take the printer to Harvard, let me know about it.
We have 4 rooms. I had to give a rooming list, but it’s always flexible.

There should be taxis readily available at South Station. Here are some taxis numbers when you’re coming back from Harvard.

Food: Tons of places available in Harvard square. There’s a shopping mall right next to the hotel so there should be food there as well. If you walk a block South onto Cambridge street, there are a bunch of restaurants there.

Schedule: LD and PF will be held in separate buildings. LD will be held in the Science Center whereas PF will be held at Baldwin. These location of these buildings will become much clearer after you arrive at the hotel. You’ll receive the typical tournament packet and it will have a map.
